I could go on and on and possibly create a whole fan fiction story here. Both Star Wars and Dr. Who have amazing characters and story lines, which makes is why they are such loved franchises. This Christmas break is awesome IвІ m re-watching the Star Wars trilogy and watching the Dr. Who Christmas Special! CanвІ t get any better than that!
Lastly, it would have been the Doctor that lead the Rebels to destroy the Death Star. Sure, the Doctor always states how he is against violence, but somehow he does end up completely destroying the enemy – just remember the Daleks. I think a lot of lives would have been spared in the Rebel Legion, because the Doctor would not have left the Death Star without disabling something on it to make it more vulnerable.
The Doctor helps Leia escape, and they wind up in the garbage chute. The Doctor, full of great plans, would not have needed C-3PO to get them out, but would have figured out a way to open the door (probably Sonic Screwdriver it works on everything but wood). Sticking with Princess Leia, consider the fact that most of the women who have meet the Doctor tend to fall for him. Surely, Leia would have been more willing to kiss the Doctor, which would be nice, since the whole Luke having a crush on his sister was way creepy.
So here we have the Doctor helping Luke rather than Obi Wan Kenobi. Perhaps Obi Wan comes along for the ride, but itвІ s the Doctor that takes them to the Death Star instead. Luke has a lightsaber, while The Doctor has his Sonic Screwdriver which would help in opening the bay doors. Considering the Sonic Screwdriver; would it also help to mess with Darth VaderвІ s computerized suit? Maybe, change his voice from breathy deep to squeaky instead? We know for sure it would help in getting the force shield down.
getting off this rock.вІ He would love a way to escape, and the Doctor always chooses companions that want to do more with their lives.
First off, imagine a bright blue Tardis appearing in the bland world of Tatooine. Dust is swirling around as the Tardis becomes visible. Like always, nobody notices someone stepping out of this strange box dressed in strange clothing. My first thought was that the Doctor would land in Coruscant and choose Leia as his companion, seeing that all the DoctorвІ s companions are female. However to me, Leia would be the last person to step into the Tardis, and Luke is the more likely candidate since he has always dreamed of вІ
What would happen if Dr. Who (my favorite is #11) ended up in the Star Wars universe? What if the Tardis landed on Tatooine? Most of you know that my geekdom is embedded in Star Wars, but I also love Dr. Who. With the recent Dr. Who Christmas Special, I keep thinking of what the good Doctor might run into if he was in the Star Wars universe.
